Christmas: A Reality

After the annual Arapahoe High School toy drive and wrapping party, children from Goldrick Elementary School received Christmas gifts right before the holidays on December 15th, 2022. Students from Arapahoe donated toys and money for gifts for the children because, for many of the kids, it would be the only present they would receive. Arapahoe High School Junior Drew Barber dressed as Santa Claus for the event. “It was really great to see the smile on those kids’ faces and realize I had made their Christmas. I knew they didn’t have that much, and being able to give them that happiness was the best gift I could give,” Barber said.
